Roma Leonardo Da Vinci (Fiumicino) Airport (FCO) is only 1 hour and 15 minutes away from our villa by car or taxi. Upon landing, you will drive on freeways to reach us, and when you exit the A1 Freeway at the Attigliano exit, our villa is only 2 miles away

Of course! Our villa is a home, with all the comforts needed for short term (1 week stays) or long term (however long you’d like). The rental fee is based on the time of year and the length of stay, so contact us anytime to organize your peaceful Umbria home away from home holiday!

We are partnering with the usual international holiday home platforms (such as AirB&B, Viator, VRBO, and more). You are welcome to contact us directly if you prefer, of course! Regardless, payments will be done securely online via credit or debit card, or bank transfers. Upon booking with any of the above mentioned methods, you will receive a complete detailed PDF guide of the area surrounding the villa, grocery stores, cultural events that may be happening during your stay in the villages surrounding the villa, hiking suggestions, restaurants and nightlife, and much more. We will greet you upon arrival and will tour the property so you may familiarize yourself with your new home away from home. Then, you’ll rest and relax and enjoy!

Our swimming pool is so wonderful. Perfectly refreshing during the hot summer months, and lovely during late spring and early autumn. Soak in the water, lay out to catch some sun, and enjoy your time. The pool is closed and covered during the late autumn, winter and early spring months (October 10 to May 20)

We highly recommend renting a car when you arrive in Italy, so you may not only reach us with ease, but so you may explore the Umbrian countryside (archaeological sites, mountains, vineyards, etc), the wonderful villages around us (such as Narni and Orvieto), Tuscany (just one hour north of us), and much much more. The villa is located in a strategic central location to all things wine and nature (and only 1 hour north of Rome). With a car you would be free to explore!

Absolutely! All spaces have in-wall AC units for the hot and sunny summer months. The AC units in the two pool studio apartments turn into heating units for the cozy fall, winter and spring months. The main villa has radiator heat in all rooms. WiFi is ready for you to use for streaming Netflix, AppleTV and other such services (simply log into your accounts and enjoy), remote working (bring your laptop and zoom with clients from the comfort of your Umbrian villa), and for WhatsApp calls and web surfing. There is no phone land line, but WiFi will suffice for communication as long as you use WhatsApp (which is THE way to communicate in Italy)
