We welcome you and your group for a private stay for a minimum of one week or longer (choose as many weeks as you’d like). Experience life in the countryside of Umbria for a minimum of one week per stay. Feel at home; come and stay a while
On occasion, we may rent the individual spaces separately (and at a nightly rate) for guests not needing the entire property. Simply message us to inquire and for availability

Pricing

For the entire villa complex (1 to 12 guests):

Euro 2800 per week in low season: November, December, January, February, March, April, May
Euro 3500 per week in high season: June, July, August, September, October

Exceptions: The last 3 weeks of December and 1st week of January are high season: Euro 3500 per week
Optional additional services, guided activities and cooking/wine experiences are available (see below)

Capacity + layout

Up to 12 guests fit comfortably in our space. The entire villa and land is yours during your stay. 3000 square feet of interior living space + 9 acres of land, large lounge and dining area on outdoor terrace, swimming pool with lounge area, 1 king sized bed, 2 queen sized beds, 3 comfortable sofa sleepers, 3 full bathrooms + 1 half bathroom, full sized kitchen in the main villa + 2 kitchenettes in the 2 studio apartments by the swimming pool, outdoor grill + fire pit
- The main villa (our original 1700s structure) has one king sized bed in the master bedroom upstairs with on-suite master bathroom (with double sinks and separate walk in shower + freestanding bathtub combination), as well as one small attached den with a comfortable sleeper sofa. There is small a half bathroom downstairs, with very large living room, big beautiful historic fireplace, spacious 12-person dining table and open concept fully stocked rustic kitchen. Our main villa is ideal for a family of 4 (2 parents in the master bedroom and 2 young kids in the smaller room), or for a couple wanting the entire villa for full privacy and the most space
- The two studio apartments by the swimming pool offer a full bathroom with walk in shower and kitchenette in each, as well as a queen sized bed and comfortable sleeper sofa in the living area. Each of the two studio apartments is completely independent from the other, ideal for one couple in each, or a family of 4 in each. The apartments are on the ground floor and directly in front of our swimming pool just up the path from the main villa

One week minimum stay:

Casale Delle Querce has been a very well loved private home for generations. When we were blessed with the opportunity to take the reigns of the property from the original family, we knew we wanted a place for us to call home for our own future generations, but we also wanted to be able to share the peace and tranquillity of the space with others. One week minimum stay is required in order for the caring and maintenance of the villa to be timely and tidy between stays. Our villa is not a hotel with new guests arriving day in and day out. We are an entire villa complex for just you and yours, at any one time. Complete privacy and tranquillity. Come in and stay a while.
