Welcome to Casale Delle Querce here in Giove, Umbria. You deserve time off of your busy life for R&R. Umbria is the green heart of Italy and welcomes you with open arms. Gather friends and family and live in harmony with nature, history, delicious cuisine and wine in our beautiful villa complex. 3000 square feet of interior living space + 9 acres of terraces and land with swimming pool.
For complete privacy, our property is perfect for 6 adults. For close-nit family and friends, that number may increase to up to 12 people
The spaces
Main villa:
Upstairs you will find our 1 master bedroom with king sized mattress, 1 master bathroom with free-standing soaker tub and walk-in shower, 1 small attached den with sofa sleeper
Downstairs you will find a large open space living room by our beautiful travertine fireplace, spacious dining area with table for 12, rustic kitchen with all amenities, and 1 half bath
Incredibly big terrace outside with views towards the west with a portion of it covered by a wooden awning with a 12 person dining table
Comfortably fits 2 people (or 2 people + 2 kids)
Two Identical Pool Apartments:
Each apartment is a large studio with queen sized mattress, kitchenette with all amenities, bathroom with walk in shower and lounge sitting area with sofa sleeper
Big covered terrace outside with lounge sitting area, adjacent to a big uncovered terrace for lovers of sun bathing, with direct access to the swimming pool surrounded by grass and fruit trees
Comfortably fits 2 people per studio apartment (or 2 people + 2 kids per studio apartment)
A little bit more about me, Alice:
I am one of 4 partners in this exciting Casale Delle Querce venture, and your direct point of contact throughout your Italian holiday journey. When you email or call, you will be speaking to me, and I promise I will make sure your holiday is absolutely perfect. I am an Italian citizen (born in Rome), USA resident (Portland, Oregon) who is lucky to be able to travel back and forth many times per year. At our villa, I will be greeting you personally (unless you arrive during one of my USA trips, in which case my trusted team will take care of you in my absence). My personal business as a travel advisor and tour operator (see DivoraDestinations.com ), has given me many years of experience catering to and pampering my traveling groups here in Italy. I am ecstatic to add our Casale Delle Querce as one of my beautiful locations.
