Taste traditional local Umbrian and Lazio cuisine at the Casale with our hands-on pasta making cooking class with home-cooked meal and local wine pairing. You’ll learn to make pasta from scratch in the comfort of the Casale, you’ll assist in cooking the lunch dishes, and then you’ll eat and enjoy the fruits of your labour on the terrace (weather permitting).
